Universal Tray Slides Accommodate: (1) 18″ x 26″, (2) 12″ x 20″, (2) 14″ x 18″, (2) 12″ x 18″, (1) 20″ x 22″, (2) 10″ x 20″ trays/pans. Note: To hold GN Pans, order “Slides for GN Pans” under Optional Accessories. Ten (10) Pairs of Tray Slides provided. Tray slides are adjustable.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
