Built-In Top Mount Heat System Top design heat system provides an open bottom base and slim cabinet profile. Heat is gently circulated throughout the cabinet to keep bulk foods hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Universal Tray Slides Accommodate: (1) 18″ x 26″, (2) 12″ x 20″, (2) 14″ x 18″, (2) 12″ x 18″, (1) 20″ x 22″, (2) 10″ x 20″, (1) GN 2/1, (2) GN 1/1 trays/pans. Thirteen (13) Pairs of Tray Slides provided. Tray slides are adjustable.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
