Built-In Top Mount Heat System Pass-thru Model. Top design heat system provides an open bottom base and slim cabinet profile. Heat is gently circulated throughout the cabinet to keep bulk foods hot, fresh and flavorful for hours.Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety. Tray Slides Accommodate: (1) 18″ x 26″, (1) 12″ x 20″, (2) 14″ x 18″, (1) Gastro-Norm 1/1 trays/pans. Thirteen (13) Pairs of Tray Slides provided. Tray slides are adjustable.
