FWE’s Retherm Basket Transfer Dolly System allows you to prepare meals ahead of time, heat up meals close to serving time, and maintain heated meals for serving time. Wire baskets allow for better airflow around your pre-packaged or preferred meal. Use the same rack for retherm and holding.

Very impressed! Chef Helen was amazing to work with. She was very informative and patient with us as we tested a number of items in our new speed oven. I was glad to have an expert walk us through the process. We look forward to having Helen visit us again when we are ready to expand the menu!
