Built-In Top Mount Heat System Versatile banquet cabinet features adjustable shelves. 15 sets of rails (on one-piece removable rack) allow for multiple shelf positions. Sized to accommodate covered plates up to 10.5″ diameter (to achieve maximum capacity). Rails also sized to fit 2 pans per shelf: GN 1 / 1 – 65 mm or 12” x 20” x 2.5”. Capacity of 30 pans on shelves.4 Shelves provided. Heat is gently circulated throughout the cabinet to keep pre-plated meals hot, fresh and flavorful for hours. Thermometer displays cabinet temperature at all times to assure food safety.
